About Beth Caudill
Beth Caudill has lived in the North Texas area all her life. After growing up in Fort Worth, she pursued an education at the University of North Texas in Denton. She and her husband, Barry, have lived in and managed small businesses the Denton County area (Lewisville, Shady Shores, Corinth & Lantana) for over 25 years. Beth's journey as a North Texas Realtor began over 10 years ago with a prominent brokerage in Denton County.Along with her husband & sons, Beth manages a successful residential property renovation/investment/management company called Cook Properties. When she's not busy managing the team, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and volunteering in the community.
